Important Disclaimer
Relevante AI is a tool designed EXCLUSIVELY for interview PRACTICE and PREPARATION purposes. It is NOT intended to be used during actual interviews. Use of this tool during real interviews may be against company policies, professional ethics, and could potentially lead to disqualification from the interview process.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Relevante AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Intended Use
Relevante AI is a practice tool that helps users prepare for technical interviews by:
- Simulating technical interview questions
- Generating practice code solutions
- Creating system design diagrams for practice
- Providing a reading tool to help with information absorption
3. Prohibited Uses
You explicitly agree NOT to use Relevante AI for:
- Actual interviews - The tool should not be used during real interviews, regardless of whether they are remote or in-person
- Cheating - Using the tool to misrepresent your skills or abilities in any professional evaluation context
- Screen sharing during interviews - The tool will be visible on your screen and would be seen during screen sharing sessions
4. Risks and User Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You use Relevante AI at your own risk
- You are solely responsible for how you use the information provided by the tool
- Using this tool during actual interviews could potentially damage your professional reputation and interview prospects
- The tool requires a separate device if you wish to reference it while in an interview setting
- We are not responsible for any consequences that may arise from improper use of the tool
5. Best Practices for Use
We recommend the following best practices:
- Use the tool with a friend or mentor acting as the interviewer in mock interviews
- Practice with recorded interview questions
- Use the tool to learn approaches to technical problems, then practice articulating solutions in your own words
- Focus on building your knowledge and confidence through repeated practice
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relevante AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
